Technologies Business. HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep
buildings and facilities connected, safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient
and is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions worldwide.As a Sr. Program
Manager you will be responsible for
overseeing all aspects of multiyear/multisite national program managing a team
to ensure project schedules, design, execution, testing, closeout and turnover
to service are delivered with consistent quality and speed to satisfy
contractual requirements. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project
progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line
managers, and customers. Key Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency through
    adherence to company policies and internal reporting Key Responsibilities:--
    • Lead and Manage project managers ensuring projects complete on time, under budget and up to customer expectations within assigned region. Develop & deploy standard work required to execute projects
    • Rigorously manage risk and schedule, while delivering net positive budget
    • Grow the business, manage change, and meet contractual obligations.
    • Be a self-starter and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a lean administrative environment.
    • Manage and influence the activities of various team members to ensure the contractual deliverables are met within the required timeframes.
    • Coordinate, plan, schedule and track in detail the implementation of projects including their finances.
    • Be familiar with the construction dispute resolution processes and use your knowledge of contract documents, labor laws, construction contracts, and construction administration to minimize risk.
    • Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate changes from the documented scope of work.
    • Document professional effective communication both internally and externally.
    • Effectively utilize centralized engineering to reduce installation cost.
    • Develop comprehensive installation plan including sequencing of tasks, staff planning, and working effectively with customers, sales, engineering, District support and subcontractors.
    • Contribute to the profitability of the project by supporting project adds, minimizing deviation, and providing technical assistance to sales.
    • Drives Billing and collection of accounts receivable by ensuring and managing customer acceptance process.
    • Primary liaison with Installation Sales Reps/Leaders and assists Regional/Americas Projects Leadership in continuously improving the Delivery processes by providing input and implementation of process changesAdditional Information:This role will require 50% travel.--Must
      be a US Person due to contractual limitations.Salary Range: $185,000 - 235,000YOU MUST HAVE:--
      • Minimum of 10 years' experience with thorough knowledge of project execution and project planning principles
      • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing people and competitive construction industry experience on a programs/projects exceeding $5 million.--
      • At least 2 years of Fire Alarm experience
      • Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101 and Fire Alarm Systems.
      • Federal Government contracting experience.WE VALUE
        • PMI
          certification.
        • Certification
          for Honeywell XLS140 and XLS3000 Fire Detection, Suppression OR equivalent
          and Mass Notification Control Systems.
        • Xtralis
          Vesda accreditation.
        • NICET III or
