• Bi-annual merit reviews----About The Team--The eCom Customer Care team is a specialized division supporting a portfolio of merchants using the Value Added Platform (VAP). The portfolio contains an array of merchants representing the Financial Services, Hospitality, Retail, Digital, Media & Education industries amongst others. The team is made up of proactive, innovative and client focused individuals and provides best in class support by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Products and the Industry.What You Will Be Doing--
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across teams in North America and the wider business to provide support to the client for their business as usual operational needs
  • Research and use resources to recommend the best approach on client operational issues within specified service levels with appropriate escalation
  • Use critical thinking skills to offer timely solutions for queries, including providing high quality responses, primarily over e-mail and telephone
  • Represent the voice of the client inside the organization and navigate the internal processes to deliver for the client
  • Conduct training for clients with the aim to empower them to self-serve
  • Engage in organization team initiatives for process improvement
  • Provide an outstanding client experience that enables the Commercial and Relationship teams to retain existing clients and win new business.What You Bring--
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study--
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite--
    • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills--
    • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills--
