Our client is a car part manufacturer, and they are looking for an HR Manager to join the team and help to development and implement an excellent talent acquisition program.
Role
- Develop and implement innovative human resources strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives, covering the entire spectrum of employee engagement from recruitment to retirement planning.
- Leverage advanced HR technology and digital platforms to analyze workforce data, optimize HR processes, and drive efficiency through the application of AI and machine learning algorithms.
- Implement progressive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and commitment, including flexible work arrangements, robust career development pathways, and enriched welfare benefits, fostering a nurturing work environment conducive to individual growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations within the HR team and across departments, providing mentorship and guidance to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development.
