Role - Develop and implement innovative human resources strategies aligned with the organization's vision and objectives, covering the entire spectrum of employee engagement from recruitment to retirement planning.
- Leverage advanced HR technology and digital platforms to analyze workforce data, optimize HR processes, and drive efficiency through the application of AI and machine learning algorithms.
