Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage : 0%Job DescriptionAre you ready to unleash your full potential?-- We're looking for people who are passionate about payments to chart Worldpay's path to being the largest and most-loved payments company in the world.About the teamWe are establishing a global cloud engineering function that plays a crucial role in safeguarding Worldpay's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.What you will be doingAs a Cloud Security Engineer Specialist, you will be an expert ensuring the security of cloud computing environments against cyber threats and ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards and frameworks. - Develop, implement, and operate cloud security tools, solutions, and processes.
- Continuously monitor cloud security risk posture and compliance to security architecture and standards against threats to cloud workloads and infrastructure.
- Deliver and execute projects on the security technical roadmap via security and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology partners to enable agile secure implementations of cloud solutions through secure pattern implementation.
- Lead the maturity cloud security capabilities by automation across all cloud platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for cloud security services.
- Create and maintain documentation and diagrams of internal security solutions.
- Lead by knowledge and technical experience to develop team members.
- Participate in incident response activities related to cloud security incidents as needed.
- Stay abreast of new security technology, emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls.What you bring:Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in cloud security or engineering in public cloud providers AWS and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, configuring rules, and enforcement using cloud security platforms such as--CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CASB and CIEM.
- Experience advising and creating cloud security solutions during migrations and new deployments.
- Experience with evaluating, reviewing, and deploying cloud native security tools in AWS and Azure.
- Strong analytical skills including solving and communicating complex problems, data analytics, measurement and reporting needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, regulatory compliance, risk and control governance and metrics, and issue management.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agile environment.Added bonus if you have:
- CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, AWS, Azure or other relevant security or cloud certifications.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience - scripting and automation.
- Experience working in DevSecOps environment.What we offer you
