For more information on SP Data Digital, visit our website at https://www.spdatallc.com/about.What we offer:100% Remote positionFully paid trainingAn hourly base wage of US: $15.00 per hour + uncapped bonus potentialFull-time position - 40 hours per week!Opportunity for growth and developmentEmployer-sponsored benefitsTraining will be conducted through our virtual training program.The Job:As an Outbound Warranty Sales Agent, you will:Reach out to new customers and pitch extended appliance warranty sales to them.Contact existing customers whose extended appliance warranty is about to expire.Use probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues.Address any objections that the customer may have by explaining how the services and products will benefit them.Keep track of all sales activities in the company CRM system and ensure that the prospect information is kept up-to-date.Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Do you have experience working in a sales environment? We want you on our team!You are a great fit if you have:A minimum of 6 months of experience in salesA minimum of 6 months experience with outbound salesExperience in call center environmentExperience with handling objectionsA hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environmentExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs.Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United StatesHave open availability to work scheduled shifts between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday and 9:00 am - 6:30 pm on Saturdays.This position requires using one's personal computer with our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) platform. Successful applicants will need their own personal Windows 10/11 device (Unfortunately our remote work software will not work on Macs or Chromebooks at this time). The device will need to connect directly to your modem with an ethernet cord for a secure connection. It should have a minimum I3 processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
