About the Role:

We're hiring a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day-shift opportunity in a supportive rural healthcare setting. Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll lead and deliver personalized therapy services in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. You'll play a key role in improving function, independence, and quality of life for a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, provide therapy, and handle discharges.

  Deliver services in alignment with federal/state regulations and therapy best practices.
  
  
• 
  Accurately document treatment goals, interventions, and outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Support proper billing and reimbursement with detailed documentation.
  
  
• 
  Promote a safe, ethical, and compliant care environment.
  
  
• 
  Adapt to varied care settings common in rural healthcare.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to service growth.
  
  
• 
  Perform additional clinical duties as needed.
  
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  
  • 
    Master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    
    
  • 
    NBCOT certification and current or eligible state licensure.
    
    
  • 
    1+ year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
    
    
  • 
    Knowledge of therapy techniques, assistive technology, and adaptive equipment.
    
    
  • 
    Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
    
    
  • 
    BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
