Facility: Sanford Broadway Med Cntr Location: Fargo, ND Address: 801 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 Department Details Eating Disorders Inpatient Unit: > An 8-bed inpatient eating disorder unit serving patients age 12 and older from throughout the United States. > This role works with a collaborative interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, behavioral health therapists, dieticians, occupational therapist, recreational therapist, exercise physiologist, nursing, and nursing assistants. > This unit specializes in the care for patients with anorexia nervosa including severe and enduring cases, atypical eating disorders, bulimia nervosa, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), over exercise, diet pills/laxative/diuretic abuse, as well as other medical and psychiatric co-morbidities. > Patients are treated with group therapy, individual therapy, assessments, and family therapy. This unit also includes a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which can have up to 10 patients. PHP is Monday through Friday from 7:15am-6:30pm, and IOP is 4 half days/week. > Experience in eating disorders is helpful, but not a requirement for the role. > Staff Mix: RNs and Nursing Assistants > Nurse - Patient Ratio, All Shifts: 1:4-5 > Position is every FOURTH weekend *ND RN License required at time of hire *New Grads Welcome!
