You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage trauma cases from admission to discharge, ensuring compliance with the latest in clinical guidelines and standard practices. Lead and coordinate a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in the trauma unit. Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on clinical needs. Participate in trauma research and apply new knowledge to clinical practices. Educate and mentor staff on the latest in trauma care and emergency response. Ensure all trauma care practices meet compliance standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Advanced knowledge of trauma nursing and emergency care. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
