In this critical role, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing top-tier medical care to patients with serious neurological conditions, including those recovering from brain surgeries, stroke, and traumatic brain injuries. Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Administer medications and maintain proper documentation according to healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on treatment and recovery plans. Ensure the use of best practices and compliance with all regulatory requirements in patient care. Participate in research and continuous improvement initiatives within the NSICU department. Strong clinical skills in a high-acuity ICU setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using electronic health record systems. Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
