About the Department You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), which is responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished products, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product Supply. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. FFEx is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. Develop & coach the creation & completion of training materials & job training plans. Coordinate & support shop floor training process for warehouse employees. Relationships Reports to Manager. Essential Functions Establish, execute, & evaluate effectiveness of the warehouse new hire onboarding program Formulate thorough & efficient recommendations & assist L&D with courses/modules/curriculums updates & maintenance to keep training requirements current Ensure documentation of training related material in QMS, to include ISOtrain recording & proper submission for filing Establish & drive usage of training tracking & escalation processes Ensure creation, usage & effectiveness of training materials & JTPs Participate in the creation of multimedia training content (e.g., audio/video, simulators etc.) as needed. May work in coordination with instructional designer Participate in the creation, editing, coaching, & implementation of training program content & materials consistent with established training processes Assist as a subject matter expert (SME) in application of established warehouse processes Lead or participate in training development workshops locally or globally Conduct &/or coordinate training for all warehouse departments Ensure 4P trainer effectiveness Communicate & coordinate with external vendors/service providers (e.g., Raymond Carolina Handling, Concentric, etc.) regarding training Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties Other duties, as assigned Physical Requirements Moves equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions. Routinely operates & inspects manufacturing equipment using hands. Strap & unstrap pallets using hands. Must be able to be on your feet for up to a 12-hour shift. May require corrected vision to 20/20 or 20/25 based on role. May require color vision based on role. Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder. May be required to work at elevated heights. Occasionally works around odorous &/or hazardous materials. May be required to wear gloves. May perform critical job functions in extremely cold work environments depending on site. May position oneself within confined spaces for inspection if required of the role. Ability to work in loud noise environments with hearing protection. May be required to secure a motorized vehicle license & operate a motorized vehicle based on the role. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required May consider an Associate’s degree in relevant field from an accredited university with three (3) years of experience in a regulated industry manufacturing environment required May consider a High School Degree/GED with five (5) years of engineering experience in a regulated industry manufacturing environment required Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a regulated industry manufacturing environment preferred Minimum of two (2) years of instruction, training development or equivalent experience preferred Ability to read, write & understand complicated product, equipment & OEM documentation & standard operating procedures with great attention to detail preferred Ability to operate & coach other employees on the operation of stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, WMS/ERP system PDA scanners, warehouse automated systems, & pallet jacks preferred Computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications & highly skilled in the use of provided multimedia applications such as Articulate, HTML, Adobe CS5, etc. preferred Ability to organize, coordinate, & track multiple tasks & events, work in an orderly & methodical manner preferred Ability to design, format, & generate intelligible, accurate & timely reports preferred Ability to effectively prioritize assignments & responsibilities preferred Ability to visually depict information & data to support & facilitate decision-making preferred We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
