It's a feeling of possibility, creativity, and purpose that inspires us every day.You will report to the Team Lead of Maintenance and work onsite at our CSL Seqirus location in Holly Springs, NC. The Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for CMMS tracking, cycle counting, and inventory control using globally recognized best practices and procedures. This position will support duties consistent with documenting and coordinating activities with respect to inventory management, operating and familiarity with CMMS's. Your level will be determined by your experience and the qualifications of the role.Responsibilities: - Manage, process, and account for all devices, materials, and parts associated MRO business needs. -
- Collaborate with staff to ensure they are informed about pending orders and deliver exceptional customer service for the storeroom and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Perform inventory assessments to ensure all devices, equipment, and material are properly accounted for.
- Manage stock requirements.
- Generate and submit scheduled reports (weekly/monthly, etc.) to Management indicating:
- Material received during report term (inbound)
- Inventory accuracy
- Material returned to manufacturer (RMA) report term (outbound)
- Current inventory levels by part number
- Invoice material upon arrival.
- Manage the coordination and verification of scheduled PMs.
- Identify devices nearing end of life and arrange for replacement.
- Manage quotes and invoices related to inventory.
- Support the Security Operations Center (SOC) with basic system configurations.
- Submit incidents, requests, and track all in accordance with standards established by EMS.Qualifications:
