The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a degree and a minimum of two years of recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR Manager.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.Skills and Abilities:
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
