The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a degree and a minimum of two years of recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR Manager.
- Promote the company's employer brand through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
