Charlotte Manufacturer is seeking a Professional Receptionist to support their front desk. As a Receptionist in this fast paced off, you will be answering 5+ phone lines and directing calls, transferring to extensions, taking messages and providing overall quality customer service both in person and over the phone to customers and vendors. As a direct support to Management and sales teams with the updating of their company web site, data entry, research and mailing projects, invoicing and others as assigned. Additional responsibilities include typing valve shop work orders, entering the valve shop jobs on spreadsheets, entering payables, and filing payables. Qualified candidates have excellent grammar and communication skills, both oral and written and have a good working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. This is a full time position and company offers an excellent compensation package!
