Person will be supporting the CFO and the Director of HR by coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, handling expense reports, putting presentations together and report analysis work. Ideal Executive Admin will have at least 3 years experience supporting multiple top level executives. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and have strong attention to detail.
