Performance will be measured by your individual outcomes, achieving your individual targets/goals, your contribution to your overall program team/department and your buy-in to the culture of the organization. The Foster Care Coordinators will do the following:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FOSTER CARE COORDINATOR:Represent the organization internally and externally through your communication and conductDisplay trauma informed practices and principles in your interactions with customers, with peers and with leadershipManage the needs of the foster child and foster parent on their caseload, including case management, behavior management, guidance, support, educationEnsure documentation for all foster children meets regulatory compliance, manage the entire health record, and ensure treatment plans and authorizations are all adhering to policy.Requirements:What qualifications do you need? The Foster Care Coordinators should have the following:Must have a valid Driver License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in.Education requirement for this individual contributor role is: Bachelors Degree in social work or related fieldA minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills.
