Job Type Full-time Description Promptcare is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, Lo-Tech (Intake). As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate must become proficient in the use of our enterprise system to enable the accurate processing of new patient orders and re-orders for existing patients. To learn more about our company, visit us at PromptCare In-home Respiratory and Infusion Reporting to Departmental Lead, Supervisor or Manager Job Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Job Location: Concord, NC Requirements - A college education (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) is preferred, but we will consider strong relevant experience in lieu of a college degree
- At least 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in an inbound/outbound customer service center is strongly preferred
- Customer service experience in a Respiratory/Home Medical Equipment company is desirable
- Previous customer service experience in a healthcare services business is also acceptable
- Must have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suite Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
- Process inbound orders from our referral sources and requests for assistance from our patients through a variety of mediums, including inbound and outbound client calls, faxes, and e-mails
- Process resupply sales orders requested by patients or their caregivers
- Process patient admissions for what is considered Lo-Tech Durable Medical Equipment
- Provide our clients with timely and accurate information, and take appropriate corrective actions regarding our services to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction
- Process telephone calls and triage problems in accordance with company standards and other verbal and written training policies
- Follow proper procedures for accurate and timely documentation of referral source or patient concerns, and most importantly, take appropriate corrective actions Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk, ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
