LHH is looking for a for a Business to Business Customer Service Representative for a direct hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 3+ years customer service experience within distribution or manufacturing. This position is fully in office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders
  
• Create quotes
  
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  
• Work with production schedulers to ensure orders are being produced on time
  
• Ensure orders are delivered on time by working with logistics teams
  
• Process returns and credits
  
• Proofread and review purchase orders for accuracy
  
• Follow up with sales representatives on customer accounts
  
• Verify pricing and quantities
  Qualifications:
  • 3+ years business to business customer service experience
    
  • Distribution/Manufacturing industry experience
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    
  • ERP/order entry system experience preferred
    
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required
    
  • Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday
    
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
    
    
    Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
