• Experience with working on 200-300 tickets daily
• Excel Skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
• SharePoint
• Proactively manage project involving remediation of security deficiencies.
• Review completed assessment forms and upload deficiencies into a SharePoint site
• Open workorders with internal partners to solve identified deficiencies
• Track and document workorder progress through completion to close out the project
