Overview Alo Solutions, an emerging leader in the physician enablement space, is seeking a Director of Strategy & Corporate Development. Alo is establishing its place in the market as the go-to source of support for independent physician practices. Our strategic approach gives maximum flexibility to the independent physician by providing a better patient experience, improved connection to their community, and the agility of a locally operated independent practice. We are seeking a self-motivated and analytical professional to join Alo's Strategy & Corporate Development team. This role will be instrumental in steering our strategic direction and enhancing our growth trajectory. The Director of Strategy & Corporate Development will serve as a leader responsible for contributing to the shaping and guiding the strategic vision and corporate development activities of Alo Solutions. This role requires a combination of strategic foresight, disciplined process execution, and leadership acumen to drive the company's growth and innovation objectives. The role is very visible within the organization, reporting directly to Alo's Chief Innovation Officer, interfacing with the executive team, and contributing to the development of materials presented to Alo's Board of Managers. Responsibilities Corporate Strategy & New Product Development: - Guide the strategic direction of Alo, leveraging a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, identify new business/product opportunities, and evaluate potential partnerships Strategic Planning & Analytics:
- Lead the coordination and alignment of cross-functional leadership teams to drive the strategic planning process
- Communicate and cascade enterprise goals throughout the organization, collaborating with leaders to ensure a seamless translation of corporate strategy into operational planning and execution
- Collaborate with leaders across all departments in identifying and developing critical data and insights in support of executing on the organization's goals Corporate Development:
- Lead all phases of the M&A deal lifecycle, from strategy formulation to execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, negotiation, and integration
- Prepare comprehensive pro-forma financial statements and conduct valuation analyses for de-novo practices, practice conversions, and acquisitions Qualifications
