Job Summary: Global Field Service Engineers (FSEs) provide training and technical support to users and are experts in all facets of the SOCOM Enterprise Analytical platform to include Fade Mist, AIDE/Ares, Palantir, Bodhi, TAK Enterprise capabilities, and Client I2 Analyst NotebookJob Duties: The primary core competencies include: tailored training and curriculum development, system troubleshooting, hardware and server maintenance, workflow improvement, and customer outreachMinimum 90-day OCONUS deployment to Jordan, Qatar, Africa or other locations as required by the customer or other duties as requested, directed or assigned by the Program Manager or customerExperience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations and a working knowledge of command line and interacting with software, hardware, networks, and basic server administrationStrong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerRequired Qualifications: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI government security clearanceMust be and remain deployable to the required theater of operations when requiredMust have extensive use and knowledge of Fade/MIST, Palantir, AIDE/AresMust be able to deploy OCONUS for minimum of 90-daysMust have an instruction background and be proficient with teaching the required POIMust have recent deployed experience operating as an Intelligence analyst, Operations & Intelligence Integrator, or in a 18F capacity in direct support of SOFPreferred Qualifications & Skills: Compensation:
