  Clinical Application Technology Intern
  
  This Opportunity
  
  The Clinical Application Development team is seeking a summer intern to join us to contribute to projects that deliver business value and increased efficiency. In this role, you will participate in the construction of a clinical application used in Clinical Trials.
  
  
  
  What you'll do
  
  
  
  
  
  • Participate in requirement gathering, design, development, validation of an application.
    
    
  • Evaluate and provide technical solutions to design, develop, and support as required to business units wishing to implement an information technology solution.
    
    
  • Learn and apply agile methods as part of the project lifecycle.
    
    
  • Participate and contribute to requirements gathering and product backlog refinement activities.
    
    Qualifications Your Skills & Expertise
    
    
    
    
    
    • Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in an IT major such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
      
      
    • Past internship experience or project work in Relational databases e.g. Oracle, SQL Server
      
      
    • Past internship experience or project work in business requirement gathering and building application wireframes/mockups.
      
      
    • Knowledge/experience with JavaScript and Oracle APEX or low code software tool a plus.
      
      
    • Previous internship or project work in the life science domain with a focus on clinical trial management is a plus.
