Responsibilities









Responsibilities:

    Attends and actively participates in weekly team meetingsProvides rehabilitation and coordinates medical needs for clientsMedication Monitoring and Administration by oral medication or needle injectionsOrders, reviews, monitors, and discontinues medications as ordered by the physicianAssists with keeping within assigned nursing budgetConducts assessments and approves plan of care and service delivery methods













    Qualifications









      Must be 21 years of ageBachelor's degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR a Registered Nurse from an accredited two-year programValid driver's license and insurance required
