Job SummaryCollects, decontaminates, stores and distributes all reusable supplies and patient care equipment in the hospital.COMPANY DESCRIPTIONFrye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers. -Essential FunctionsProvides -inspection, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of instruments and other patient care equipment in accordance with processing guidelines, AAMI, AORN, TJC, and OSHA requirements.Sets controls to specific time and temperature according to material being sterilized requirements and completes appropriate documentation records.
