    • 10+ years experience with a general contractor (can include a mix of project estimation, project management, and/or field experience)
    • MUST have previous design build project experience on ground-up new build > $25 million
    • Preference for candidates with life science construction experience
    • 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study
    • Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
    • Possess the team's values of integrity, humility, and self-improvement
    • Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: REVIT, 3D Models, AutoDesk, Onscreen TakeoffJob Offer
      • Base salary 140,000-165,000
      • Lucrative bonus structure
      • $800/month vehicle allowance
