Job Responsibilities - First assist in neurosurgery including spine and cranial cases
- Conduct minor procedures such as suturing wounds and wound aspirations
- Provide coverage in the OR, clinic, and some inpatient rounding
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers
Qualifications - Valid Physician Assistant license
- Experience in neurosurgery preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Epic
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with flexibility
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Optional call available with additional compensation
Skills - Strong surgical first-assist abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Competence in performing sutures and wound management
