Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide services within school settings, located in Troy, NY. This travel position involves supporting students in their development and helping them achieve functional goals to access their educational environment effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver evaluation, treatment, and documentation services tailored to the needs of students - Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) - Adapt therapeutic interventions to support motor, sensory, and functional skills in the school environment - Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines - Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively regarding student progress and needs Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapy licensure to practice in New York State - Experience working in pediatric or school-based therapy settings preferred - Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and sensory-motor integration - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - Flexibility and willingness to travel to different school locations as required Location: Troy, NY (Travel position) Benefits of this role include engaging work that supports student growth, exposure to varied school environments, and professional development opportunities.
