As a Clinical Nurse II in the Operating Room, you will play a critical role in managing the nursing care of operative patients, ensuring that the highest standards of safety and efficiency are met. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a profound sense of patient empathy. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients in the operating room. Monitor patient vital signs and physical condition throughout procedures. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure high-quality operative care. Manage the operating room environment to ensure sterility and compliance with safety protocols. Educate patients and their families regarding procedures and post-operative care. Participate in the review and development of OR procedures to promote continuous improvement.
