Provide specialized nursing care in the Orthopedic and Spine unit. Assess patient conditions through conscientious examination and coordinate care accordingly. Administer medication and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-operative care, and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and advocate for patients’ health and wellbeing.
