This pivotal role focuses primarily on providing direct nursing care to patients recovering from a variety of decisions, ensuring treatment plans are executed to promote healing and enhance patient quality of life. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will work directly under the supervision of our seasoned medical professionals, applying your nursing skills in assessing, diagnosing, planning, and treating patients based on individualized patient needs. Perform comprehensive patient assessments to establish medical, physical, and psychosocial status Implement clinical and therapeutic treatment plans created by hospitalists Monitor and record patient progress relative to medical prescriptions and report changes in patient condition to the corresponding practitioner Engage with patient families to inform and educate them on medical conditions, treatments, and home care preparations Administer medications as prescribed and document therapeutic effects Prepare for and assist with diagnostic tests and evaluations Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain standard hygiene practices Strong interpersonal communication skills High proficiency in time management and multi-tasking Ability to perform under stress in emergency situations Knowledge of clinical and therapeutic practices and hospital structure In-depth understanding of patient care and hygiene protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications More...
