We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our General Pediatrics unit (D7) on a per diem basis. This is a critical role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on pediatric patient outcomes while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Provide comprehensive nursing care for pediatric patients in the general ward. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure the continuity of care through documentation and communication with other healthcare team members.
