Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients in the CCU. Monitor patient health conditions and respond with appropriate treatments and interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventative measures. Maintain detailed patient records and participate in the improvement of departmental policies. Administer medications and assist in advanced medical procedures as necessary.
