Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the General Medicine/Surgical Unit. Assess patient conditions and administer prescribed medications and treatments. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other medical professionals to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management. Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Participate in professional development and continuing education activities. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration.
