Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the C8 medical unit based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Participate in the development and implementation of patient management plans, recording patient histories, and maintaining accurate healthcare records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects or interactions. Assist in the training and guidance of new staff and nursing students. Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of nursing and patient care.
