This position requires a compassionate and resilient nurse to manage critical care responsibilities effectively during night shifts. The role demands exceptional skills in patient care, a thorough understanding of ICU protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the SICU and Neuro ICU settings. Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and document patient care activities diligently. Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on illness management and post-hospital care planning. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards and protocols. Advanced proficiency in managing ventilators, central lines, and other critical care equipment. Strong ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
