Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-stress adult emergency setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Document patient care services and maintain accurate medical records. Advocate for and educate patients and their families on health care issues creating a compassionate environment. Manage patient care with specific knowledge and consultation from the multidisciplinary team and specialized resources. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following all protocol and standards.
