Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to rehabilitation patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Monitor patient progress and adapt plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management post-discharge. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the optimal patient care and outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and administer medications as prescribed.
