Maintain high-quality care documentation and adhere to hospital protocols. Support patient and family education regarding critical care processes and health management. Participate in ongoing professional development and nursing research opportunities. Expert skills in managing acute patient care and life support systems such as ventilators and monitors. Strong ability to adapt to new and changing environments and manage stress effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Proficiency in using healthcare IT systems and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state.
