Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for orthopedic patients pre and post-operation. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other medical staff to develop care plans. Maintain patient records and ensure all care standards and safety measures are met. Participate in continuing education and research opportunities to stay updated with the latest in orthopedic care.
