Participate in professional development and clinical training programs. Proficient in a wide range of critical care techniques and protocols. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
