The successful candidate will administer nursing care to patients with pulmonary or renal diseases, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and advance our commitment to high-quality healthcare. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with hospital and department policies. Participate in educational programs to maintain competency and enhance nursing skills. Strong understanding of pulmonary and renal care practices and techniques. Proficient in using medical software for patient care management. Ability to operate standard medical and diagnostic equipment. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
