The selected candidate will leverage their deep knowledge and expert clinical skills to manage complex patient cases in a fast-paced unit, using evidence-based practices to support recovery and maintain the highest standards of safety and care. Provide specialized nursing care in the Neuro Progressive Care unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Educate patients and their families on illness management and preventive care. Ensure the proper operation of medical equipment. Record patient's medical information and vital signs. Strong clinical skills in a neurology-focused progressive care unit. Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in high-stress environments. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
