Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Surgical and Neuro ICU departments. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret patient’s vital signs and laboratory data to ascertain complications and required intervention. Operate medical equipment and assist with procedures such as ventilation and life support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate personalized care plans. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing needs at discharge. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and hospital standards at all times. Advanced skills in patient assessment and ICU medical equipment. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
