Albany Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II for our Ortho/Spine M2 unit who will be instrumental in providing exceptional care to patients with musculoskeletal issues including orthopedic and spinal conditions. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to orthopedic and spinal patients. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate optimal patient care. Utilize advanced clinical skills to manage, observe, and record patient progress. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-operative care and lifestyle adjustments. Supervise and mentor junior staff and participate in continuing education and professional development.
