This night position (36 hours per week) invites a skilled nurse to join a highly-collaborative environment caring for a diverse patient population on our medical-surgical floor. Our nurses are pivotal in delivering exceptional care, managing patient outcomes, and contributing to treatment plans alongside a team of passionate medical professionals. Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital policies. Monitor patient responses to treatments, and document necessary changes. Educate patients and families on care and wellness strategies. Support patient safety initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols.
