Administer and monitor patient medications and treatments according to physician orders and established guidelines. Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety measures to prevent contamination and spread of infection. Assist in the development and implementation of patient management plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on disease processes, management, and prevention strategies. Participate in the research and analysis of patient data for improving practice related to infectious diseases. Ensure patient documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with hospital policies.
