The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing orthopedic conditions, supporting both surgical recovery and non-operative treatments, and committed to upholding the highest standards of nursing practices as they relate to orthopedic and spine care. Deliver comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic and spine patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments and monitor outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease management, and preventive care. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Participate in research and performance improvement initiatives.
