Provide direct nursing care in a state-of-the-art surgical environment. Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments and equipment before operations. Ensure all sterility protocols are strictly followed. Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, acting as the primary point of contact for patient safety. Monitor patient condition continually and report any changes to the appropriate personnel. Educate and prepare patients and their families for postoperative care. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Advanced knowledge of sterile techniques and operating room procedures. Proficient in using medical software for documenting patient care. Strong ability to communicate effectively and clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Superb decision-making skills under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification is a plus. More...
