A large, well-established healthcare and social services organization is seeking a Director of Intake to lead and oversee its intake and referral department, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality experience for patients and referral sources. Responsibilities Include: Lead, manage, and motivate the intake and referral team Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and workload distribution Ensure all referrals are accurately entered and tracked in InflowCare Monitor follow-ups, conversions, and intake performance Handle complex cases and escalated calls Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and business development Drive process improvements, reporting, and system enhancements Ideal Qualifications: Management experience in intake, healthcare operations, or similar Strong leadership and team management skills Highly organized and process-driven Experience working with healthcare systems and referrals preferred Salary: $130k - $160k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Yosef@bhirednyc.com More...
