Monitor patient health and record signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. Collaborate with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health care and post-treatment care plans. Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure the compassionate handling of all patients.
